Shipping Methods
Woodentracks.com uses United Parcel Service (UPS) and The United States Post Office (USPS) to deliver orders. Below is a list of the various shipping choices at checkout.

UPS Ground Shipping: 1 – 6 business days within the contiguous U.S.

UPS 3-Day Select Shipping: 1 - 4 business days.

UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping: 1 - 3 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Service: 3 - 4 days

Notes:

• UPS Business Days are Monday – Friday.
• Delivery is by the end of the business day. Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states.
• All UPS packages are automatically insured.
• UPS Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

UPS Address Correction Charge

If UPS is unable to deliver any package because of an incorrect address (including incorrect zip code), UPS will make every reasonable effort to find the correct address and deliver the shipment if it is within the same destination country. An address correction charge of $12.00 will apply. If you provided the incorrect address or zip code on your order, you will be charged the UPS Address Correction charge.

UPS Comerical Shipping Rates

WoodenTracks.com honors UPS commercial rates when your shipment is shipped to a commercial business address which is determined by UPS. If UPS determines that the shipping address in not a commercial business address then the residential address rate will go into effect for your shipment and you will be automatically charged for the residential UPS shipping rate.

International Shipping Information

WoodenTracks.com can and will ship our products internationally via the US Postal Service. Because of the size and weight of our train tables, play boards and the Tidmouth Sheds Roundhouse Train Set, we are unable to ship those particular items outside of the contiguous USA. All of our shipping prices are based on weight, and are determined by the US Postal Service or UPS and NOT WoodenTracks.com. To determine your shipping cost, put the items in your basket that you are interested in and after you provide a little bit of information (Name, Address, Zip code, Country etc.) our site will connect to the United States Postal Shipping calculator and will provide you the live real time shipping costs. All of WoodenTracks.com quoted shipping prices do not include any duties / taxes or other fee's that may be needed to be paid for by the customer and not by WoodenTracks.com

Return Policy

WoodenTracks.com return policy is as follows: You can return the item / items in its original unopened package / packages within the first 30 days from your purchase date for a refund of your actual purchase price.*

If you are returning a product that is sold as "shipping included or free shipping" you will be responsible for all shipping charges which means the original shipping charge that WoodenTracks.com incurred to ship the item to your ship to address and whatever it will cost to have the item returned back to our Portland, Oregon warehouse.

*Actual purchase price does not include the cost of shipping nor does it include products that are sold with shipping included or free shipping.
